Get yo fruit on!
Ingredients:
2 heads of endive, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 ear of corn, cut of cob
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 dozen bing cherries, pitted and halved
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and carefully toss.
